With over 6 years of cumulative research and industrial experience, Dr. Anup Kumar Das has joined Adamas University as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology. Dr. Das completed his PhD (2015) from Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Jadavpur University, Kolkata under a CSIR sponsored project. Dr. Das core area of research has been developing “Cleaner and Greener” extraction methodologies for bioactive extraction using Chemo metric tools to achieve process intensification in botanical extraction. Dr. Das is a Gold medalist (B. Pharm) and have qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (IIT , Madras, India,2007) and GRE (2010) apart from filling a national patent and author of peered reviewed international research journals. All these were recognized by UGC, India and have nominated him for the prestigious Commonwealth Split Site Doctoral Scholarship-2014 tenable in UK. Before joining Adamas University Dr. Das was working as a R&D scientist in a phyto-nutraceutical based company situated at Daman and Diu.
