A Commerce graduate with honours from University of Calcutta obtained his LL.B and LL.M (with specialization in Business Laws) from University of Calcutta and was also awarded Ph.d in Law by the University of Calcutta .Previously practiced as an Advocate at District Court , Alipore and at High Court Kolkata. Published articles in legal journals and has participated in workshops and presented papers in various State level seminars and U.G.C Sponsored National seminars . His area of interest includes International Trade Law , Commercial law , Criminal Law , Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence. Published a book on “Amalgamation And Merger Of Companies And The WTO” from Eastern Law House(2013). Formerly worked as Principal, Haldia Law College Under Vidyasagar University (Midnapore) West Bengal (2004-15) and Founder Head Of Institution, Amity Law School, Amity University, West Bengal (2015-2018).

Mr. Sujit Kumar Nandy
He is a former member of the Judicial Service of the State; served in different Civil and Criminal Courts including being a District and Session Judge. He also served as the Professor of Law in the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (Govt. of India), Mussorie. He also taught at the National University of Juridical Sciences Kolkata, Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, a unit of IIT Kharagpur andalso in the West Bengal Judicial Academy, Salt lake Kolkata. He joined Adamas University as a professor in School of Law &Justice.

A competent and dedicated teacher Dr. Ripon Bhattacharjee joined Adamas University in the position of Assistant Professor, faculty of Law. Proven ability in classroom management and student motivation, he has earned a Doctorate degree in the field of Environmental Law. Dr. Bhattacharya, post acquiring his Master’s degree in Law, gained teaching experience in Government Law College, Tripura, AURO University, Gujarat & Alliance University, Bangalore. Through his industrial projects and extensive research works, he has gathered remarkable exposure in the spheres of Environmental Law &socio-legal framework and justice system for women in our country.An action oriented professional, Dr. Bhattacharjee has also got some relevant articles and reports published in various national and international Journals.
