Roy’s Institute of Competitive Examination Pvt. Ltd. (RICE), the brainchild of Prof.(Dr.) Samit Ray, was set up in 1985 with the dream of providing quality training and education to youngsters and to help create the leaders of tomorrow. The initiative, which began in a humble way, has since then been imparting excellence in education through its 18 branches and 26 mock test centres across 13 districts in West Bengal. RICE has helped more than one lakh students find themselves in positions of responsibility in government and public sector departments. The institute has consistently struck the right balance between providing mainstream education and developing qualified individuals to match the industry requirements of the day. Today, RICE, which is the precursor of the Adamas Group of Institutions and Adamas University, has emerged as a name that ignites aspirations in young minds for a bright future.
