On July 30, 2024, students and two faculty members from Adamas University attended a special event marking World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, thanks to an opportunity provided by our International Relations Office. The event featured a screening of the impactful short film "Cecilia," followed by an enlightening conversation with the filmmaker, Pankaj Johar, and Ms. Baitali Ganguly, founder of Jabala Action Research Organization. 

This year's theme, “Leave no child behind in the fight against human trafficking,” emphasized raising awareness about child trafficking's causes and vulnerabilities. As we commemorate the 10th World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, it is crucial to accelerate action to.
