Chief Finance Officer

Mr. Chaturvedi is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across the education sector, as well as the steel and cement industries. He currently serves as the Deputy Chief Finance Officer at Adamas University, where he plays a pivotal role in steering the institution’s financial strategy and operational efficiency.

Before joining Adamas University, Mr. Chaturvedi held key leadership roles at O.P. Jindal University and Amity University, serving as Deputy Chief Finance Officer and Director of Administration. His broad exposure in the field of finance and commercial of both academic institutions and industrial domains has equipped him with a unique ability to blend strategic financial planning with operational pragmatism.

He holds an MBA in Financial Management from the prestigious Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

His core areas of expertise include, financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, internal control & audit management, cost control and cash flow optimisation.

One of his most significant professional milestones includes leading a major financial turnaround, where he successfully enhanced financial health and operational sustainability through meticulous strategic planning and cost optimization initiatives.
