Day 3 of the Residential Training Programme on Health and Physical Education for HPE teachers from Bhutan, a project under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Royal Government of Bhutan focused on wellness, innovation, and meaningful student interaction. The day began with sessions on the power of visualization for stress management and the growing impact of artificial intelligence in transforming modern sports.
An interactive session with students of Adamas University added a personal touch to the day, as participants heard reflections from students who had visited Bhutan, creating a vibrant space for cultural exchange and shared experiences. The highlight was a yoga-based workshop on holistic wellness, promoting balance and mindful living. The programme is being steered by Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Dean – School of Education and Dean – International Relations, whose visionary leadership is instrumental in driving its purpose and impact.
