Notification
A student shall be entitled to have his/her answer books (only theory courses and theory part of the hybrid courses) re-evaluated on payment of prescribed fee for each course to the following condition:
1. The application for re-evaluation is received by the Controller of Examinations or his/her nominee within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of publication of result.
2. Re-evaluation requests received post deadline shall not be entertained.
3. No refund of fee shall be admissible after the deposit of the fee for re-evaluation.
4. Based on student re-evaluation request which have been received correctly within deadlines, the Division of Examination shall begin the process of retrieving answer sheets of requested course code(s) from the strong room.
5. Meanwhile, office of the controller of Examination shall request the concerned School to provide names of two senior faculty/course experts who will responsible for re-evaluating the answer sheets. It must be noted here that under no circumstances the evaluators empanelled for re-evaluation can be same as the ones who had earlier evaluated the same answer sheet.
6. The score determined after re-evaluation is compared with original score and in case of change, following procedure shall be followed:
• If the difference between marks scored after re-evaluation and original marks is more than 10% of original marks, then the marks obtained after re-evaluation are considered as final.
• However, in case if the difference between marks scored after re-evaluation and original marks is less than 10% of original marks, then the original marks obtained by student shall be considered as final unless change of marks leads to change in grade.
7. The score of re-evaluation shall supersede the original score and student cannot challenge the same and no further evaluation of answer booklet is allowed. In case the marks after re-evaluation have changed, the grades may also change accordingly.

Document Verification Process: Guideline for Document Verification
GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATIONAL VERIFICATION OF DEGREE/DIPLOMA/CERTIFICATES
The University receives several requests from Corporate, agencies, academic Institutions and individuals to verify the education particulars of current and Pass-out students of different programmes. All such applications received for verification, will be processed by the CoE Office.

Duplicate Grade Card Issue Guideline
Procedure for issuance of a duplicate Grade Card in case of loss , Damaged or theft
A regular of pass out student should submit the following documents to CoE office for issuance of duplicate Grade cards.
- A signed written statement stating that the applicant’s grade cards have been lost , damaged or stolen and are untraceable. The applicant should mention the full name as per Institute records, roll number, programme attended, batch, year of passing, E-mail ID, Contact Number.
- A GD filed by the student in the police station regarding the loss/ theft and an letter should also be submitted mentioning that in future, if he/she receives original documents, he/she would return the duplicate grade cards to the Institute for cancellation
- An amount of Rs.500/- per duplicate grade card to be paid at university accounts section.

Duplicate Grade Card Issue Guideline
Transcript Issue Guideline
Additional transcripts to be issued to the students (This will be given to the participant and to the participant’s family members on his/her authorization, not to the employer or any agency requesting for verification without the participant’s consent).
- The applicant should pay an amount of Rs.1000/- per set of transcripts (all years) (Rupees One Thousands only) . The applicant should attach a copy of the original transcript or issued by the Institute to Alumni & Verification Office for verification.
- The applicant should mention the reason for the requirement of an additional transcript in his written application. The applicant should also mention the full name as per Institute records, roll number, programme attended, batch, year of passing, E-mail ID, and Contact Number,
- After verification, the CoE Office will ensure that all the requests for additional transcripts will be addressed/responded to within 07 working days, subject to submission of required documents and fees.
