Adamas University curates a transformative day of Pedagogical Innovation, Holistic Development, Skill Enhancement and a Delectable Dive into India’s Culinary Heritage for Students and Staff members from Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan

Day 3 of the weeklong Cultural Immersion cum Residential Training Programme for the Students and Staff Members from Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan strategically led by Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Professor & Dean-School of Education, Dean-International Relations, Adamas University commenced with a visit to Adamas World School. Students and Staff Members of Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan observed classroom teaching across various grades, interacted with school educators and learners, explored the integration of innovative, learner-centred pedagogical practices and had an insightful talk with the administrative personnel. They gained a first-hand experience of the implementation of holistic education at the school level, with a focus on student engagement, activity-based learning, and inclusive classroom environment. Their visit was followed by two sessions, one on empowering professionals and the other on grasping the linguistic rhythm of Bengal. The long day ended with sessions on Essentials of Linux System Administration, Strategic Library Operations, Effective maintenance of Exam Record, and Significance of Inclusive Education for the Staff Members of Samtse College of Education. The students on the other hand were lured with a lip-smacking session on Flavours of India, which they wholeheartedly enjoyed.
