Day 1 of the weeklong Cultural Immersion cum Residential Training Programme for the Students and Staff Members from Samtse College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan under the exemplary leadership and insightful guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Professor & Dean-School of Education, Dean-International Relations, Adamas University began with Prashikshan Shetra- a grand inauguration to the week-long Residential Immersion Programme, setting the stage for a rewarding journey of professional growth, collaborative learning and cultural responsiveness. It marked the beginning of an enriching exchange of cultural practices and ideas, followed by thought provoking immersive sessions on Interpersonal Communication in Educational Settings and Intertwining of Artificial Intelligence with Contemporary Pedagogy. The students and staff members immersed themselves into the world of role-plays, collaborative work, group activities and rethinking education to pursue excellence through technology. The day ended with a guided Campus Tour around the lush green 120 acres campus of Adamas Knowledge City.
