Day 2 of the Residential Training Programme on Health and Physical Education for HPE teachers from Bhutan, a project under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Royal Government of Bhutan offered a dynamic blend of hands-on learning and collaborative engagement. The day began with an engaging session on the global context of E-Sports, followed by a visit to Adamas World School.

A major highlight was the gym-based session on strength and conditioning, coupled with a deep dive into the science of sports training and techniques to achieve peak performance. The day concluded on a high note with an interactive session hosted by the School of Education, Adamas University—featuring music, bonding games, and warm conversations around future academic collaborations, creating a memorable space for connection and exchange. The programme is led by Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Dean – School of Education and Dean – International Relations, whose leadership continues to shape the programme’s vision and impact.
