The International Relations Office, in collaboration with the Department of Language and Literature, School of Liberal Arts and Culture Studies, hosted five students and one faculty member from Norbuling Rigter College, Paro, Bhutan under the International Student and Faculty Academic Immersion Program from 8th–13th March 2026. The programme featured lectures, workshops, and discussions on literary theory, comparative and Bhutanese literature. A visit to Jorasanko Thakur Bari enriched literary insights, followed by a city tour exploring colonial architecture, Eco Park, regional cuisine, and the vibrant markets of Esplanade.
