For candidates applying to undergraduate courses:
You do not need to wait for your Class 12 results to take Admission in Adamas University. We have a dedicated Admission Test that is conducted multiple times in a month. You can appear for the test from the comfort of your home as the test is conducted completely online. For candidates applying to postgraduate courses:
You can apply with your graduation mark sheet if that is available. You need to appear for the Adamas University Admission Test that is conducted 3 or 4 times in a month. The test is administered online and hence can be taken from anywhere, remotely. Simply register for the test – we can share the link with you over [email] / [WhatsApp] / [sms], get the eligible score, clear the interview round to get enrolled.
Qs. 2: What documents do I need to submit to confirm admission?
The documents that you need to submit if you are taking admission in an undergraduate program are:
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet if available (soft copy)
- Identity and Address proof
The documents that you need to submit if you are taking admission in an postgraduate program are:
- Graduation mark sheet if available (soft copy)
- Identity and Address proof
All the documents can be uploaded online so there is no need to come to the campus physically to submit them.
Qs. 3: Can I apply for the Student Credit Card Scheme at Adamas University to pay the fees?
Adamas University is an empanelled member and all students enrolled in the university are eligible to apply for the West Bengal government Student Credit Card scheme through us. As you receive your Selection Letter, you will also receive a Payment Receipt to confirm admission. You will need to pay the first semester fee which will be in the range of Rs. 80,000 (may vary slightly depending on the actual program that you apply for). You can book you place at the university by paying this fee and simultaneously make the application for the Student Credit Card loan through us.
The actual loan application process will take place on the dedicated website launched by the Government of West Bengal. But we will be happy to guide you through every step of the process. You can clear the rest of the fee for the remaining semesters of study using from the funds received from the Student Credit Card scheme.
Qs. 4: Does the Student Credit Card Scheme cover hostel & fooding expenses at Adamas University?
The Student Credit Card Scheme has the provision for students to use part of the funds towards paying for their hostel and fooding expenses. While there is a cap on the amount of funds that can be used, students opting to study at Adamas can be assured that our hostel and food expenses can be covered completely within the given cap.
Qs. 5: I want to study at Adamas but I am completely dependent on the Student Credit Card Scheme to fund the program?
Currently our policy requires students to pay 1st semester fees to avail the benefits of the Student Credit Card Scheme. We will let you know if there is a change in the policy in the foreseeable future.
