“Adamas Dialogue” is an employee engagement program being held for the last two years. It is a platform for dialogue and discussion, with breakout sessions and an open-mic Q&A with the top management of Adamas. Information, proposals, and solutions to flow in both directions. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor had given a call for “Adamas 2.0”, - that envisions a cultural transformation where every unique idea that emanates out of every member of Adamas is carefully considered. 

“Adamas Dialogue” has not just been a discussion forum; there were lots of fun and games, with dollops of entertainment and a gala lunch. “Adamas Dialogue” is also a forum for felicitating achievers and awarding professional excellence amongst all the members of Adamas.
