RECIPROCAL INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMME WITH PARO COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, ROYAL UNIVERSITY OF BHUTAN

The International Relations Office, in collaboration with the School of Education, Adamas University, organised a Reciprocal International Cultural Exchange Programme with Paro College of Education, Royal University of Bhutan, from 21st to 28th March 2026. Led by Dr. Parama Kundu (Associate Professor - School of Education, Assistant Director - International Relations, Adamas University) , the programme facilitated academic interaction and cultural exchange through lectures, discussions, and interactive sessions on educational practices and emotional intelligence in teaching. A session on managing teacher stress and enhancing classroom effectiveness through emotional awareness was a key highlight of the programme. It also included cultural performances, institutional visits, and engagement with local traditions, offering participants an immersive learning experience. The initiative provided valuable exposure to cross-cultural perspectives while strengthening academic collaboration and reinforcing the University’s commitment to global engagement.
