On 12th September 2024, 16 students and one faculty member from Adamas University engaged in an insightful session with U.S. Democracy speakers, Ms. Alison Williams and Ms. Dasheika Ruffin, at the American Center Kolkata. This event is an initiative of Prof. (Dr.) Shauli Mukherjee, Dean- School of Education and Dean- International Relations and provided an enriching platform for students to deepen their understanding of democratic values and governance.

The session sparked insightful discussions on civic engagement, led by experts with extensive experience in governance and political advocacy. It reinforced the university’s dedication to shaping globally aware and responsible citizens.
